The Logistics

Colorado

  • My current fee is $165 for a 50-minute session and $95 for a 30-minute VetMed check-in.

  • I'm in-network with:

    • Kaiser Permanente (Denver Metro)

    • Rocky Mountain Health Plans

    • UnitedHealthcare

    If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I would encourage you to check your out-of-network coverage; many plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy, and I'm happy to provide a superbill for you to submit.

    Private pay is always welcome if you prefer not to use your insurance benefits. Some people choose this option because it offers greater privacy and allows treatment decisions to be made without insurance requirements. Please let me know before your first appointment so we can review any required paperwork.

    If you are enrolled in Medicaid, please let me know before scheduling, as state laws do not allow for private-pay options for covered services.

  • I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA payments.

  • I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee appointments, although these spots are currently filled.

Oregon

  • My current fee is $185 for a 50-minute session and $110 for a 30-minute VetMed check-in.

  • Therapy is offered on a private-pay basis, as I'm not in-network with insurance in Oregon. If you'd like to explore using your benefits, it's worth checking your out-of-network coverage; many plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy, and I'm happy to provide a superbill for you to submit.

    Private pay allows us to focus on your goals rather than insurance requirements. Together, we'll determine the pace and direction of therapy based on what best supports your wellbeing, while maintaining greater privacy than insurance-based care.
