Meaningful connection is where change begins.

I’ve been through it, and trust me when I say I have no room for judgment.

You can ugly cry here.

Your story has weight and wisdom. I strive to create a space where you can show up just as you are; sad, angry, anxious, grieving, exhausted, hopeful, excited, messy… all of it is welcome.

I’m not here to hand you quick fixes or toxic positivity. My role is to listen, reflect, and sometimes challenge you, because real change comes with honesty and sometimes discomfort. Let’s not be afraid of it!

I’ve been through enough of life’s curveballs to know how much it matters to have someone truly in your corner. Together, we’ll untangle what’s weighing you down and build a life that feels less like survival mode and more like living.
