I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. My practice embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

  • I am a mother to two extraordinary young men and two middle-aged dogs. I am the daughter of two Latvian immigrants and a native New Yorker who has been embracing the Colorado lifestyle for 26 years. Nature keeps me grounded, and I’ve been known to take part in hiking, backpacking, camping, kayaking, rowing, road biking, mountain biking, rock climbing, via ferrata, downhill skiing, cross-country and skate skiing, showshoeing, walking dogs, riding horses, and nature photography!
