Please be aware that I am unable to offer self-pay services to Medicaid (i.e. Health First Colorado) clients, per state law.

No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.

For clients utilizing insurance (Kaiser - Denver Metro, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, or United Healthcare), please schedule here.
